Travelling around the Mull of Kintyre the B842 main road goes to Southend, all other roads around the Mull of Kintyre are single track roads of reasonable quality.

Car
The A83 brings you right to the center of Campbeltown with the B842 taking you north east up to Peninver and then on to Carradale. The road continues through Campbeltown to either Machrihanish or then splitting further down at Stewarton turning off to go to Southend and Dunaverty.
