The Kintyre Way | Machrihanish To Dunaverty

Around The Mull Of Kintyre To The Finish

This section is probably the most difficult and challenging on the Kintyre Way, with the walk passing along the coast by cliff tops before turning through some of the most remote countryside in Kintyre heading south east towards Dunaverty.

This section of walk does not pass directly by the Mull Of Kintyre Lighthouse, and it is advisable that you walked (or travelled by car) to the lighthouse on a separate day.

The final section of the way comes to a close at the stunning south easterly Southend and Dunaverty Bay where there is a stunning beach with views to Sanda and across to Northern Ireland.
